Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution centre within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an E-Gift Card for use at any time on our site.

We suggest using DHL flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

Exchanges

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
  • We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Return must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
  • Please follow the return instructions on the returns label enclosed with your parcel. Please identify which item you would like in replacement.
  • If your return slip is lost, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
  • You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely.
  • Exchanges will incur a new shipping charge unless there’s an error on our part.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you via e- gift credit note for use on our site.
  • You may return an original item for a refund and then purchase the new, lower priced item.
  • If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, you will need to purchase an e- gift card for the difference.

  • exchange of item can take 3-5 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area.

Refunds

  • We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
  • Your payment will be credited back to you via an e- gift card which can be used to purchase other items on our site. We do not refund cash. If the item is a sale item, then it cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
  • Returns for refund are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item after which a credit voucher will be issued to you.
  • Free shipping: items advertised as ‘free shipping’ that is returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee. For Lagos & Abuja it is ₦2,000 and for other areas within Nigeria, it is ₦3,500.00 per order under ₦50,000.
  • Fast delivery shipping: orders placed either with next working day delivery or next Saturday delivery will be charged a shipping fee when returned for the refund. For Lagos & Abuja it is ₦2000.00 and for other areas within Nigeria ₦3,500.00 per order under ₦50,000. Any orders over ₦50,000.00 that are returned will be charged this fee whilst orders over ₦100,000 will be charged double. The value paid for the faster delivery options is only an extra fee and will not be refunded.
  • We do not cover shipping costs back to us.

Sale items

  • Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Combo sale packages within price deals are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Late returns

  • Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.

Our Policy

  • Items should be returned unused in its original packaging with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • If you have returned something that is damaged, faulty or soiled please contact [email protected] prior to sending any return.

Important information

  • Please make sure that your delivery address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Before we can dispatch your items, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods. We will aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
  • We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
